A Toronto based fulfillment organization processes customer orders for many of its clients. It has a 400,000 square foot warehouse facility that holds 15,000 different products.

When customers place orders, availability of stock is checked prior to charging the customers credit card. Once payment is approved, the order is then processed through the organization`s ERP system to supply chain to pick pack and ship the order to the customer.
