Prepare a high-level plan to implement a new PMO at your current or previous organization. Decide what level your PMO will operate (project, program, or portfolio) and then define the capabilities and processes your PMO will offer the organization. Your plan should define if your PMO will be supportive, controlling, or directive and why.

Your plan should have at least four slides with four bullets each as shown below in the example.
