How your budget and allocation of funds meets statutory and organisational requirements The software you will use to monitor your budget and input financial data The systems you have in place to track your allocation of funds, record transactions and to identify discrepancies between agreed and actual allocations . Significant issues you have identified in statements and how you will priorities these . The way in which you will evaluate the effectiveness of your management processes . Ensure there is provision for people to ask questions and ensure they are clear about the budget
