Your project proposal should include:

• A brief, descriptive project title
• Your name, email address and student ID
• A mission statement for your product or service your mission statement should be included in each assignment submitted. If you decide to change your mission statement, please indicate so and explain your reasoning.
• A description of the product or service opportunity you have identified. Your description may include and of the following: Documentation of the market need, shortcomings of existing competitive products, and definition of the target market and its size.
• This assignment is about the problem you are looking to address, please refrain from submitting proposals for solutions at this point.
• Develop an organized list of customer needs for your product what problems are you looking to solve with your product or service?

Prepare a Gantt Chart showing the plan of work to complete the project over the next two months.

Include at least the following activities:

• Detail Design
• Materials & Components Selection
• Vendor Selection
• Completion of all assignments
