Scenario

Your prospecting has paid off and Hans and Wanda Strik have asked you for an appraisal of their property at 23 Donovan Street, Brisbane.

The Striks have indicated that they wish to downsize and are thinking of selling their property.

In order to demonstrate your professionalism as an agent and secure the listing from the Striks, you decide to prepare a Property Listing Kit to explain the services you and your agency can offer, and to highlight the benefits of choosing you over other real estate agents.

Instructions

• Prepare a professionally presented Property Listing Kit using the supplied blank template. Your Property Listing Kit must include the following information:
  • Agency profile
  • Personal profile of the real estate agent (you)
  • Links to your agency website, social media pages and your professional profile
  • Marketing information (i.e. what you can do, how you will add value, your fees and charges)
  • Examples of 3 recent sales
  • A list of current properties listed for sale in the area by your agency
  • Your proposed marketing plan for the Striks property
  • Typical promotional photos (for you to insert where indicated)
  • Websites on which you will advertise
  • Client testimonials (these should highlight your skills in marketing and negotiating the sale of properties)
