Prepare a Proposal

As a consultant, submit a tender/proposal to a government, of Venezuela with following aspects:

Population

Macroeconomic indicators (interest rates, inflation rate etc.).

Environment indicators (CO2 emissions, air quality etc.)

COVID-19 impact

And to choose one them that can help in its development eg. main industries, technological capability, human rights information etc. In all these aspects, select what would be appropriate to the policy makers for distribution or gender distribution. Additionally, with most of the data being time series, there need to decide what time horizon you want to focus on. For example, in the population case, do you want to consider of the data available (all years) or only the recent years. Please provide very brief reasons for your choices.
