Prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP) to be sent out to multiple potential caterers/contractors so that they can understand the work that is being requested to be done, and so that they might then be able to bid on the RFP with their response proposal (Part 3).

Prepare the RFP as per the Guidelines presented in the class and the slides from the textbook (Chapter 2). Note that the RFP is NOT intended to provide full details on the entire project it should focus only on the details related to the piece of the project work being contracted out.

Imagine you wish to book an out-of-town vacation for YOURSELF (and optionally another family member/friend) for vacation, including travel and hotel. In this scenario, you will use an external contractor (travel agency) to provide 1 of the travel arrangements. Maximum budget is $2,000.
