Prepare a retainer agreement for a new client.

You may choose which type of application the client is retaining your office to represent them for.
You may create the details of the file such as client information, fees, etc.
Include all ICCRC mandatory retainer agreement components
Include any additional components that are not mandatory, but which are helpful for the immigration consultant
 
You may use the ICCRC Sample Retainer Agreement as a skeleton, however, this should be a starting point and not a finished product. Do not simply fill in the blanks of the Sample Retainer agreement.

How many installments will the professional fee be paid in?
What is the client's contact information?
Who will be the client's representative?
What is the office's service standard for communication?
What are the client's responsibilities?
What are the office's responsibilities?
What else might need to be stated in the retainer agreement to protect the office?
