Deliverables:

1) Identify on an Excel Sheet with a series of job titles (rows); e.g., in a bank...teller, Head teller, Asst. Head teller, estimated wage or salary, individually and cumulatively, etc. and sources (columns); e.g., classifieds, Job Board, company web site, agency, etc.

2) Estimate the success rate of each source; i.e., how many qualified candidates per source (make assumptions as needed)

3) Estimate the cost per hire of the various sources4) Present two scenarios of # (1) depending on quantity of business; e. g., staffing ratio on a hospital med - surg unit with 60 patients, or with 20 patients. Staffing for busy periods and slow periods.You will probably need help from somebody in the industry or a professional organization. Any help you get, or research you do in the process, is acceptable.
