Prepare a single-page concept test document for the business idea. The concept test document should contain one paragraph discussing each of the following headings;

4. Special Features (that will make your idea distinctive)
5. Structure of Your Management Team

It should not exceed more than 1 page of a word document

Then use Potter's 5 forces model to perform an industry analysis of the product/service that you have chosen. Remember, the goal here is to understand whether the chosen industry is characterized by high level of competitive intensity or vice versa. It would be appreciated if you could also create a summary chart highlighting the competitive intensity of each force in Potter's 5 forces model.

It should not exceed more than 3 pages of a word document.
