Briefly discuss the teams goals and desired outcomes, key players (names optional), and any other relevant background information. Application of TheoryAnalyze your situation through each of Folletts theories assessing the impact of the theory on the achievement of team goals and desired outcomes. Synthesize and integrate the findings of the two theory analysis to draw valid conclusions and make recommendations on how to more effectively lead teams.
