Part $1$: Management$/$Leadership Guidebook

The "Management$/$Leadership Guidebook" is a summary of your key takeaways from the course. Consider it a reference you can use anytime in the future to help remind you of your learnings from the course material. It should be comprehensive and substantial. Your guidebook must be both original and drawn from the reading, theories, tools, and exercises we have covered in this course. Your guidebook can take any form or format you choose. For instance, it can be a Word document, PowerPoint presentation, cartoon, infographic, or a video that you have made. The gujdebook should be something that you would proudly share with a prospective employer$/$boss as part of an interview process or on your first day on a new job. It should include at least five main takeaways from this course. Note: Avoid using graphics from the course unless you repurpose them in a totally new and innovative way. Please don't just rehash the course graphics.

Part $2$: Self$-$Assessment of Your Leadership Management Skills$/$Knowledge$/$Approach

Think about where you were and what you knew about leadership and management when you began this course. Write a $1-2$ page reflection describing where you are now with respect to your management and leadership knowledge, skills, thinking process, and approach. What has changed? How have you already applied what you have learned? How will you apply this new knowledge in the future?
