Prepare, implement and review two operational plans and explain the procedures used to develop it. Nominate the area of operations / work unit that each of your plans relate to.

Develop and present to your assessor the completed plans.

Explain the steps you followed to:

• engage with a range of people and groups to identify resource requirements, performance objectives, systems, procedures and records relating to the operational plan
• identify resources needs and then acquire resources (including physical, human, technological and financial) in line organisation's systems and procedures
• manage and support personnel to achieve performance objectives included in the plan
• present information and recommendations to support implementation and variation of the operational plan
• monitor operational performance against the performance objectives and budgets included in the plan
• implement improvements to rectify unsatisfactory performance
• varied the operational plan as required to manage contingencies
