Prepare: Statistical Software Download and Installation

In this course, you will be using Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). You can find the link to it at the JASPLinks to an external site. website.

Refer to the JASP Statistical SoftwareLinks to an external site. page on Campus for general information.

To download JASP, go to the JASP website. Then:

• Select Download (from the top bar).
• Select the copy to download based on your computer's operating system.
  • Note: If using a Mac, first download the installation guide (link below the download) and carefully follow the step-by-step directions in the installation guide. The download of JASP on a Mac is not intuitive, but if you follow the directions in the installation guide, you won't have a problem.

Make sure that your statistical software is downloaded, installed, and running properly on your computer.
