Prepare the Context and System$-$level Data Flow Diagrams for the simplified Order Processing

System of a company that sells school stationary, described below. Ensure that all processes, sources

and destinations, data flows and data stores are given appropriate labels.

A Customer sends a Completed Purchase Order to the company. This Order is Received and

Validated.

An Invalid Order is handled by an Error Handling Procedure that sends a $$Missing Information$$

Notice to the Customer.

A Valid Order goes to Fill from Inventory process, which obtains Inventory details from the

INVENTORY, sends back updated data to the INVENTORY, and outputs a Processed Order

information to the next process of Dispatch Order.

A DELIVERY RATES file contains information about Delivery Charges. Information about these

charges is needed for Dispatch Order process to output the Processed Order with Delivery Charges,

which are used by the process of Issue Bill and Receipt for Received Payment, to reach the Customer

when ordered goods are delivered.
