Preparing your Event Communications: Communication Information Package Scenario: You are a member of an event organizing agency in your PLAN8020 Event Planning course. You have to prepare a communication information package for your agency's upcoming event. (event - Teacher's Day at Kitchener Downtown Campus)

 

 You have to put together a Communication Information Package. This package must consist of templates for event communications materials (email invitation to participants, promotional poster/executive summary, and social media posting). Once all packages have been submitted, your agency will consider all team members' drafts and/or templates in the communication packages they submitted, so that you can review and determine (choose) whose work you will use to create the final communication information package and materials. 

 

Your information package must include templates for a minimum of 3 pieces to demonstrate your interest in leading the communication work in your agency. Your package should include: email invitation, an electronic promotional poster (executive summary style) and a social media post (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
