Having a training program in place to educate users and mitigate the human factor in cyber security is one of the most important ways to mitigate data security risk.

Create a training program to educate employees and end-users. Include the information that you feel is essential to maintain security. Decide on a minimum of 4 primary topics you want to develop and organize them in order of importance. Include examples to illustrate your points whenever possible. Consider relaying best practices to mitigate the risk of the human factor in cybersecurity. Be sure to include and apply the relevant concepts you learned during this entire course in your training program.
