Answer-Trespass is an issue in this case because it has changed the face of the whole situation. The Compact's loss can be overcome if it sues the leasing company's head for trespassing and causing damage to their property. In this case, the agents sent by the van leasing company are trespassers, and if pair sue them, Nancy and Sydney would be plaintiff while leasing company would be defendant. The outcome will be a substantial amount to be paid to the plaintiff by the defendant and imprisonment according to Section 91 (27) of criminal law of Canada and Sections 23a and 23c of civil procedure of Canada
