Scenario: You are managing a project to develop a new company intranet site.

The number of employees has grown from $100$ to over $500$ in the past few years. Our system, workflow, and policies must be updated to accommodate the growth. It used to be that existing employees shadowed training, but that does not seem to be happening anymore, and a great deal of information is changing weekly to accommodate growth. The organization holds monthly department meetings to maintain a pleasant working environment. New policies and workflows have become de facto communicated through these meetings. Previously, meetings were about fun and laughter, but these days they seem to be all about bureaucracy and rules.

IT manager recommended the creation of an intranet to store all policies, procedures, processes, and workflows. The newsletter could also serve as a means of communicating departmental news, awards, and announcements, as well as newsletters. Our project management team has been assigned to oversee the implementation of this idea.
