horizontal axis and the number of positive cases on the vertical axis. The figure must
include the following items:
A bar plot showing the number of positive COVID-19 cases.
Cyan filled diamond markers to indicate the year day and the number of positive cases
on July 4th.
Magenta filled circle markers to indicate the year day and the number of positive cases
on Thanksgiving.
A red solid line showing the 15-day running average.
The figure must include axis labels, legend and title. Set p1c = 'See figure 1'.
