A circular loop of wire with radius $R=10cm$ is electrically isolated from an infinitely long straight wire located in the same plane but a distance $h$ from the center of the loop. The current in the wire $(I_W)$ is a factor of four larger than the current in the loop.

B$)$ Is the current in the loop circulating clockwise or counter$-$clockwise?

C$)$ Does the straight wire feel a net force from the loop? If so in what direction?
