In a tank process control, a specific control system is required. It assumes two solenoid valves, FILL (SVI and DRAIN (SV2). The tank level sensor detects the tank level, it feedback two statuses; is completely ful (High) or completely empty (LOW).
The process work as follow:
- The system require a control box with star/stop and reset buttons.
- Drain valve SV2 opens for 2 seconds, and closes for 3 seconds.
- The process is repeated 10 times until it stops, at the same time an indicator LED is turned ON to that the process is finished.
- To repeat the process the reset button should be pressed, and the indicator LED should turn OFF.
- During the process, if the tank level sensor detects that the tank is empty; Valve SVI opens and fi tank until the Level sensor detects that the tank is full.
- The filling process has no impact on the drainage.
