In a tank process control, a specific control system is required. It assumes two solenoid valves, FILL SVI and DRAIN SV The tank level sensor detects the tank level, it feedback two statuses; is completely ful High or completely empty LOW
The process work as follow:
The system require a control box with starstop and reset buttons.
Drain valve SV opens for seconds, and closes for seconds.
The process is repeated times until it stops, at the same time an indicator LED is turned ON to that the process is finished.
To repeat the process the reset button should be pressed, and the indicator LED should turn OFF.
During the process, if the tank level sensor detects that the tank is empty; Valve SVI opens and fi tank until the Level sensor detects that the tank is full.
The filling process has no impact on the drainage.
Design a full Ladder diagram that fulfill the tasks requirements.
