(Assume the Las Vegas Police Department is a corporation with residency of Las Vegas, Nevada)

1. There is a Federal District Court located in (1) Utica, New York, (2) Flint Michigan and (3) Las Vegas Nevada. Identify who can bring a tort case (identified above) in one or more of these courts and what has to be alleged to establish jurisdiction. (20 points)
