and the gusset plate is A$36.$ If LRFD is used, how much factored load can be applied? Consider

all limit states. Given that the dead load is $40\%$ and the live load is $60\%$ of your computed

factored load, increase them by $20\%$ each and design for a new channel section using the

same diameter bolt and grade of steel.
