Total herbal substances in the product is 5 grams. If diffusivity of herbal molecules in tap water at this condition was 1.5106cm2/s, Mass Transfer coefficient inside the film was 0.5104cm/s. Estimate how long would it take to get 100% release of the herbal substance. State all of your own assumptions and show all of the equations used for the estimation
