Hint:

Create an array of size m called chosen, where chosen$(1)$ is the index of the first graduate chosen, chosen$(2)$ is the index of the second graduate chosen, and so on$.$ No graduates can be chosen more than once, so no two elements of the chosen array should have the same value.

Create an array of size of the total graduates called blnChosen.$$ Use this array to keep track of if the graduate is chosen.
