Problem 3: The transmission electron micrograph given in the following figures shows atoms (or more precisely, columns of atoms) near the interface between crystals of CdTe and GaAs, both of which have the FCC lattice. The orientation of the crystals relative to the interface is shown in the right subfigure. The micrograph shows misfit dislocations at the interface between the crystals. Taking the sense vector for the dislocations to be pointing into the page, determine and plot the Burgers vector for one dislocation using the RH/SF convention.
