average time a customer spends waiting, before they can place their order is $5\mathrm{.}2$ minutes.

Prep work and clean up work requires three quarters of an hour for each employee.

In the last week of $7$ days, they recorded $15$ cases of making the wrong smoothie. When that happens, they

dispose of it and make a new one for the customer. The time lost is already built into the times stated above.
