Bel lis confused most days. Bel lives in an 8 block universe, where Space G is at block 1 and Fe is at block 8. He lives 2 blocks from Fes and blocks from Space G, two of his favorite companies. IE: Bel starts at block \#5. He really cares more about Space G, but knows that more eyes and dollars are on Fes, and so he has decided to use a random walk strategy to decide which place he will work at each day.
At each step of his random walk, he has a \(25\%\) likelihood he will go towards Fes and a \(75\%\) likelihood that he will go towards Space G. Compute the probabilities for his arrival at Fes and Space G assuming Belarts at his home.
NOTE: While not needed for this problem, please be prepared to know how to make something like this into a function.
