Specifically, the owners want to encourage their friendly, out-going employees to post on social media at work as part of a marketing strategy, but: The owners do not want to be sued for any negative or controversial statements, photographs or other behavior of employees on social media platforms. The owners do not want employees to share any Vino421 proprietary information on social media. In preparation for an upcoming meeting with the owners, draft some social media policy language (not an explanation of policy language, but language you might propose to include in Vino421's policy) that addresses their concerns.
