A deposit of $1580 on Aupust 31, Year 1, dous not oppear on the Augunt bank statement. 2. Il was diricavered that a check to pay for baseball cards was correctly witten and paid by the bank for 51605 but was recorded on the books as $2,505. 3. When checks wristen during the month were compared with those paid by the bank, three checks amounting to $4,945 were found to be outstanding 4. A debit memo for $37 was included in the bank statement for the purchose of a new supply of checks. Required: Prepate a bank reconciliation at the end of August showing the troe cash balance.
