Problem $8$: Determine whether the following vectors are perpendicular:

$V1=(2,-1),V2=(-2,1)$

Use MatLab to determine this. I am studying gor my final exam and i dont recall learnkng this but it included in our study guide. Is there a function that determined whethee these two vectors are perpendicular? If so what is the function and what are the steps to determining this. Please explain simply so i can better understand. Also how can i tell if something is perpendicular or not based off the result??? Thanks
