Problem questions for the following problem statements: $1.$ The problem to be addressed in this study is explore the poor maintenance practices resulting in high downtime, and poor availability and safe utilization of Heavy Mining Equipment $($HME$),$ which subsequently lead to excessive maintenance cost and early end$-$of$-$life disposal.

$2.$ Small, Medium, Macro, Enterprises $($SMMEs$)$ having challenges to optimize their service delivery because of people limitations $($unskilled labour$),$ poor business management, and operational integration, as well as financial constraints.

$3.$ If the problem persist the SMMEs won't be ability to make a substantial contribution to the mining industry, as they will frequently face several obstacles while providing services to the mine.
