Your work group successfully completed a project well before the required deadline. The team leader decides to invite everyone on the team to a celebration after work on Friday. Most of the team are happy, with the exception of one person, Mandy, who is of Orthodox Jewish faith. Instead of making an issue about it$,$ Mandy does not show up to the Friday event since it is on the Sabbath. Mandy assumed the team leader would not understand her religious observance, or even worse, would not care. However, when Mandy didn't attend, the team concluded that she wasn't a team player.
