Problem Statement: Design an irrigation system for a garden divided into

four zones. Watering is controlled by:

$1.$ Moisture Sensors $($M$1,$ M$2,$ M$3,$ M$4)$: Each sensor indicates if a zone is

wet $($M$=1)$ or dry $($M$=0).$

$2.$ Water can be routed to only one zone at a time, and for simplicity, we

assume that only one zone will be dry at any given time.

Use a $1-$to$-4$ demultiplexer to route the water supply to the appropriate zone.

Design the combinational logic for:

$1.$ The enable signal $($EN$)$ that activates the demux.

$2.$ The select lines $($S$0,$ S$1)$ to select the dry zone.
