Problem Statement The rapid transition to remote work and digital services during the COVID$-19$ pandemic revealed both the potential and limitations of current cloud computing and collaboration tools. Although these tools proved essential, they also exposed gaps in security, scalability, and user accessibility. This study aims to investigate how these systems were modified to meet an extraordinary demand for virtual connectivity and identify the specific challenges faced in their design and implementation.
