Problem statement:

You work for a global corporation. The company is planning to migrate its existing machines to

the cloud. It has chosen Microsoft Azure as its cloud service provider.

As an administrator, you are responsible for the migration process to take place successfully

and smoothly. Initially, you are supposed to report to the management with the assessment

report for the migration to take place. This report must consist of details such as performance

history and how much space it will consume on the cloud. This is essential because the

company will have to allocate the required amount of money for the same.

You are also assigned the responsibility to choose the type of assessment and the migration

tool based on the requirements of the system that has to be migrated.

Once the management passes the report, you have to migrate the machines.

You have been asked to perform the following tasks in detail:

$1.$ Create a virtual machine

$2.$ Assess your machine to create a report of the current status of it as if it can be migrated

$3.$ Once the assessment seems to be feasible, perform the migration using the tool and the

Azure portal
