QUESTION 8 On 4 December, Mr. Kumar appointed Miss True to buy goods on his behalf from Mr. Chan. On 26 December, Miss True bought goods worth RM10,000 from Mr. Chan. Two days later, Mr. Chan discovered that Mr. Kumar had died of a heart attack on 24 December. Advise Mr. Chan as to the effect of the transaction under the law of Agency. (20 marks)
