The Problem:

You are the HR Manager of a health food store which sells vitamins and supplements. You recently gave a health and wellness survey to your sales team and found shocking results: 95% said that they werent getting enough sleep each night.

When you told your boss about these results, she was very concerned that sleep could affect employees job performance. So, she has asked you to write a report to suggest 1 way to help employees improve their sleep.
