Procedure 1 In this procedure you will use the mass and spring simulator to get your data. Follow the procedure below and plot the mass weight and length of the spring when the masses are attached. Click the above link or open a new window to https://phet.colorado.edu/sims/html/masses-and-springs/latest/masses-and-springs_en.html 1. When you pull up the simulator there should 3 weights at the bottom of the screen. You will measure the length of each mass in (cm). In the charts below you will measure the lengths of each mass according to their description in their respective location and time. 2. First you need to set your perimeters so that you will get the correct data. 3. With the yellow mass (encircled in figure 2. bottom), and before you attach it on the spring, use the scale (encircled in figure 2. top) to change its mass, from 50g to 250g, at intervals of 50g. At every mass interval, attach it onto the spring, and record the length the mass stretches the spring in the table below. 4. Once you attach the mass to the bottom of the spring, you will click and use the ruler to measure the length. Click the box that says "Natural Length" in the right corner. The end of the ruler should be placed at the dashes to get the accurate measurement. From the dashes to the top line of the spring is the accurate length. (The objective is to see the distance of the spring once weight is attached.) Use mass Equilibrium to get the reading of the extended spring. 5. You will continu
