2. Identify the hazards

3. List who might be harmed and how

4. Record the available risk control measures

5. Asses the risk and note the risk level 6. Suggest additional control measures to reduce the risk level

7. Assess the risk again, evaluate and ensure the risk level is reduced.

8. Record the details in the risk assessment form and submit the report.
