belongs to Big Corporation. Big is Swedish-

based but Effect is in central Europe. It is now

decided to stop producing regular newsprint

paper and to convert the mill to another process

alternatives. Current potential alternatives are:

each one of you assess each alternative and as

a team you finally assess the best option. Big wants a report that assesses the Effect plant

The report should combine the alternatives into

one suggestion

You have different cases that can be analysed

individually but that need to summarized in the

whole group

The final suggestion can combine two or more

of the alternatives. Project Scope and objectives

Compare the results of both sub-projects for each results parameter,

also known as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

KPIs can be production and energy efficiencies of the systems, compared

to the current system

Finally, conclude which one of the route is advantageous based on your

results.
