As a new employee, you are tasked with planning a concept for this activity, with new ideas and commitment, to be presented to the management group's upcoming meeting. The activity is thought to be from lunch to lunch and will take place in September. The presentation to the management team must include the following: Planning - before and during the activity (use Gantt chart and WBS), division of labor for those who will be involved in planning and implementation and budget. The work is presented through a ppt and oral presentation of 10 min + 5 min questions. In order to be approved, it is required that all elements are clearly reported and that the multiple submission is well prepared. They are all in ppt which you leave in here.
