Process Identification

All business processes are not equal. Although all processes are important, what matters most is that most important processes are not subordinate to business processes that matter less. Process identification is a set of activities aiming to systematically define the set of business processes of a company that matter most and establish a clear criteria for prioritizing and focusing resources on them. That is exactly what we will do in this Chapter.
