Program $2$ : Gross Pay

Write a program to fetch employee name and the salary. Calculate the Federal tax and state tax based on the following criteria:

If the salary is greater than $100000$ then calculate the federal tax at $20\%$ otherwise calculate the federal tax at $15\%$

Calculate the state tax at $5\%$

Calculate the net salary of the employee. To calculate the net salary, subtract federal and state tax from the gross salary.

Calculate the average score.

Using a bunch of IF conditions, the computer should determine the grade and display the grade to the user. Use the following Criteria:

If Average is greater than $90...$ Assign the grade $$A$$

If Average is greater than and equal to $88$ and equals to $90...$Assign the grade $$A$-$

If Average is greater than or equal to $80$ and Average is less than $88$ then assign the grade $$B$$

If Average is greater or equal $70$ and Average is less than $80$ then assign the grade $$C$$

If Average is less than $70$ and greater than $60$ assign grade $$D$$

If Average is less than or equal $60$ assign grade $"$F$"$

Display the grade back to the student.
