a$)$ Write a program that will take some words from the user and use those words in a short story. Here are the criteria:

There are two parts to this program. The first part involves acquiring $5$ pieces of information from the user including $(1)$ a number $(1-8),(2)$ a city, $(3)$ a name, $(4)$ an animal, and $(5)$ a noun. The second part involves incorporating this information into a template.
