Program #$2$: calc$\_$monthly$\_$pay.cpp

In this program you'll prompt the user to enter four paycheck amounts, one for each week. After the user has entered the fourth amount, you'll display the total amount he$/$she was paid for the entire month, as well as his$/$her weekly average.
