Providing ongoing and follow-up interventions to reduce the number of crisis events in agency contacts	Agency staff will identify repeated client contacts requesting crisis intervention. Agency staff will develop community resource lists to provide clients in crisis. The agency will hire or cross-train additional clinicians to provide follow-up support.	Clinicians will offer community resources to clients for additional intervention. Clinicians will offer crisis clients a follow-up contact to provide additional support.	Clinicians will document resources provided to crisis clients per shift. Clinicians will document the number of clients referred for follow-up services. Follow-up clinicians will document their contacts to include the number and results.	The number of repeated crisis events among familiar contacts will be reduced. Overall mental health will improve.
