Month 2 from 1 to 29.
Months 4,6,9,11 from 1 to 30.
The years value can only be from 1920 to 2100.
Formula Information
Formula: If 5 Years Old before September 4th then High School Graduation =18
Years + Birth Year
Formula: If 5 Years Old on or after September 4th then High School Graduation =19
