Program Requirements

The program should take the birth date of a person and output the month and year of

the appropriate information.

The program should assume the start of a school year is September and the end of the

school year is June.

The program should check for the age cut off for those entering Kindergarten to turns

$5$ before September $4$th$.$

Input Requirements

The program should use prompts which explain the type and format of the input.

The program input should ask for birth month, day and year of the child using only

numerical values.

The program will save the variables as integers.

The birth months can only be $1$ to $12.$

The birth days must be a valid date on the calendar.

Months $1,3,5,7,8,10,12$ from $1$ to $31.$

Month $2$ from $1$ to $29.$

Months $4,6,9,11$ from $1$ to $30.$

The years value can only be from $1920$ to $2100.$

Formula Information

Formula: If $5$ Years Old before September $4$th then High School Graduation $=18$

Years $+$ Birth Year

Formula: If $5$ Years Old on or after September $4$th then High School Graduation $=19$

Years $+$ Birth Year

Output Requirements

All output should be sent to standard output.$|$

The program should display the month and year of high school graduation.
