Program Specification

Checkerboard squares are colored in an alternating pattern of black and white squares. Given two integers representing a row and a column number on a checkerboard, output White if the indicated square is white on the diagram above, or output Black if the indicated square is black on the diagram above. By convention, the first integer received as input will give the row, and the second will give the column of the indicated square, though in this particular case it doesnt matter due to the diagonal symmetry of the board. If either of the inputs are not valid, simply output Error and stop. Complete the file
